ALD equipment
ALD method allows to apply uniform vertical and horizontal surfaces coating. The precise control of the thickness of the coatings obtained by setting the required number of deposition cycles.
Laboratory equipment has been developed with possibility to deposit Al2O3, ZnO, Al2O3:ZnO layers. Other layers can be deposited optionally.
